Delivery

Damaged Merchandise - Shipments

If a shipment arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment or sign for as "Damaged" and call H2IS on 01202 665 433 to request a replacement. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and enter a new order for the merchandise.

If a shipment arrives with hidden damage, follow these steps:
Inspect the contents to determine the extent of the damage.
Keep the original packaging for the carrier's inspection.

Late Shipments

In the unlikely event that you do not receive anorder within the time expected, call H2IS on 01202 665 433 and wewill trace the shipment immediately. If your order cannot be traced, H2IS will send another shipment of the goods.

Incomplete Shipments

If your order arrives incomplete, please check thecontents of the package against the packing slip for any back ordered items. If you find discrepancies, please contact H2IS Customer Service immediately on 01202 665 433 so that we may quickly resolve any issues.
